INFORMATION PURSUANT TO EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 OF 27 APRIL 2016

Dear Company, In compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 your personal data will be collected according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned European Regulation, we inform you of the following:

Purposes of the treatment

The processing of the data provided by you is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the current working relationship: for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case with instruments and procedures suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality by Global Team Srl:
- Execution of obligations arising from contracts, concluded and/or their fulfillment, even before the stipulation, for the purpose of the conclusion of the same and for specific requests of the data subject;
- to execute obligations provided for by laws, regulations, community norms, as well as dispositions given by authorities legitimated to do so of an accounting and fiscal nature;
- for operational needs;
- for communications relating to existing relationships;
- for internal statistics;
- management of telephone directories, address books;
- Sensitive data are not normally requested and processed, however, in relation to specific services requested, it is possible that it may become aware of them.

Treatment modalities

The processing of personal data will be carried out for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and in any case with instruments (electronic or otherwise) and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality by Global Team Srl. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a refusal to answer

The conferment of personal data is optional. We inform you, however, that the personal data you provide will be used by Global Team Srl for the sole purpose of providing the services requested and within the obligations under the contract. Any refusal to provide the information requested or the incorrect communication of any of the mandatory information, will make it impossible to process them and correctly fulfill the obligations arising from the contract.

Scope of communication and dissemination

Without prejudice to the communication and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, the data may be communicated, in Italy and abroad for the purposes indicated above, to the following categories of subjects.
- Public or private subjects: Social security, welfare and insurance institutions.
- Financial Administration.
- Subjects that carry out services for data processing "CED" or management of the information system (including e-mail).
- Credit institutions.
- Professionals and consultants and anyone who is a legitimate recipient of communication for the above-mentioned purposes. The data will also be processed by company employees, as they are responsible for processing.
Your data will not be subject to non-legitimate diffusion.

Owner and responsible for the treatment

The data controller is the undersigned Global Team Srl, with registered office in 24051 ANTEGNATE (BG), via Antonio Meucci 9/11. The person in charge of the treatment is Mr. Soldo Emilio. The constantly updated list of data processors is available at the registered office.

Rights of the interested party

You may exercise at any time and free of charge the rights provided for in Chapter III, Art. 1521del European Regulation 2016/689 (access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition to processing, etc.) by contacting the data controller (also by e-mail). We report for your convenience the full text Chapter III of the European Regulation 2016/689.

"Right of access of the data subject". :1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him or her are being processed, and if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information: (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the categories of personal data concerned; (c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients in third countries or international organizations; (d) when possible, the period of storage of the personal data envisaged or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; (e) the existence of the right of the data subject to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing; (f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (g) where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their source; (h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in such cases, meaningful information on the logic used, as well as the importance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject. 2 Where personal data are transferred to a third country or an international organization, the data subject shall have the right to be informed of the existence of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 relating to the transfer. 3. The controller shall provide a copy of the personal data being processed. In case of further copies requested by the data subject, the controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If the data subject submits the request by electronic means, and unless otherwise specified by the data subject, the information shall be provided in a commonly used electronic format. 4. The right to obtain a copy under paragraph 3 shall not infringe upon the rights and freedoms of others. Rectification and Erasure.

"Right of rectification": The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.

"Right to erasure"("right to be forgotten"): The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase the personal data without undue delay, if one of the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the European Regulation 2016/679 exists.

"Right to restriction of processing": The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing when one of the following applies: (a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and instead requests that its use be restricted; (c) although the data controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (d) the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending verification as to whether the legitimate grounds of the data controller override those of the data subject.

"Right to data portability": A data subject shall have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to a data controller and shall have the right to have such data transmitted to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom he or she has provided it where: (a) the processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b); and; (b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

"Right to object": The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions. The controller shall refrain from further processing the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. 2. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her carried out for such purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. 3. If the data subject objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes. 4. The right referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be explicitly brought to the attention of the data subject and shall be presented clearly and separately from any other information at the latest at the time of the first communication with the data subject. 5. In the context of the use of information society services and without prejudice to Directive 2002/58/EC, the data subject may exercise his/her right to object by automated means employing specific techniques. 6. Â Â Where personal data are processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1), the data subject shall have the right to object on grounds relating to his or her particular situation to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, except where the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

"Automated decision-making concerning natural persons, including profiling": the data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar way.
